Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) released

My battery life on Android 6.0 on my Nexus 5 is incredible. I lost 1 percent last night, and 5 percent over a whole day with about 9 minutes screen on time! Very glad I did a full wipe.
 
I ran out of time last night, needed to go to bed but I managed 5hr sot with 19% left on first charge of nexus 6 stock marshmallow

Plus I get poor reception home







Will see how it goes today
 
Got my OTA last night on my N5, lost 1% over night which is pretty impressive.

Hoping battery life is improved overall.

if your on 5.1.1 and you want to install the factory image you just need an unlocked bootloader to install

otherwise you need to wait till the OTA update arrives which should be any day now
 
Noticed 2 odd quirks with 6.0, dont know if anyone else has noticed.

1, in the battery monitor it keeps showing my wifi battery use going up, despite my wifi being turned off?

2, using stock keyboard, every other key press i get no sound - tad annoying
 
Had my OTA notification Fri but as I was Rooted I did the Fresh ROM install with Skipsoft Toolkit

Hint:DDo not try to use this app to root ATM,I did and got a bootloop,had to reinstall:o
