Android App / Forwarder

Firstly I would like to point out I have absolutely not experience in Android App Developement

I know basic HTML and CSS that is my limit.

What I would like to create is a simple app for android devices that loads the default browser on the device and displays the mobile friendly version of my blog: www.chrislowthian.co.uk

I have looked at Android App Inventor but can't see a way of doing this.

It only needs to be a basic forwarder with icon, where do I start?

Would love to get it available in the Market too
