Android app help plz

I've been browsing all the other app threads and cant quite find what I'm looking for, so thought I'd make a new thread for this

Basically what I really really want is an app that lets me, while on wireless connection, to browse my networks shared files and either stream play them (music vids) or transfer them to my phone!
Plz plz help as this is all thats missing to make my phone complete

EStrongs File Explorer does it I think

Hmmm had a look on it and it has the option for lan view but when it asks me to add a server its a samba server, which I dont use :/ Or am I doing something wrong?

*Edit - found the computer using the search icon but it asks for a username and pass, which my pc doesnt use :/

enable sharing on the comp. The user and pass stuff happens when it's disabled or secured.

Thats weird cause its def on. Just double checked too, the whole houses network can see all my files fine. Wonder whats stopping the phone getting it.

When i'm using EStrongs I enter my username and leave the password blank and it works.

Chances are your computer does have a username and password but it is auto logged in, I would suggest as above to find your username and leave password blank.

Ack sorry its an annoying habit derrived from too much damn texting!

It wont let me leave the username and password blank :/ And it says login failed.
