TaskPanel [Tools]
I've started using this in place of Advanced Task Killer and I've found it to be a little more efficient. As an example, with ATK I'm usually around the 90MB free mark on my Hero and with TP I'm usually somewhere around the 110MB mark.
There are some downsides however. The UI is nowhere near as slick as ATK and the autokill option doesn't always work.
Mileage [Finance]
A fantastic little app for looking after how much you spend on petrol and working out all manner of useful statistics, including the all-important MPG.
Photoshop Mobile [Multimedia]
It took a while but it's finally here. Well, unless it's been out for months and I've missed it... No idea if it's as fully-featured as the iPhone app as what's on offer is somewhat basic, but it's a fun tool to have at your fingertips and should prove useful.
OI Shopping List [Shopping]
Does exactly what it says on the tin. Create various shopping lists and then tick things off as you go. It's nice and simple and works really well.
Get Me Home (London) [Reference]
It's not all that faster than visiting the TFL website in your browser, but it's a very useful tool all the same. I needed something that would tell me the best way to get from Point A to Point B without having to tell London Underground (London City) what tube line I wanted to travel on - as if I knew that I wouldn't be using the app in the first place!
Jewels [Games]
An utterly addictive Bejeweled clone that's got me totally hooked. I can't even remember how I came about downloading this but it's taken over from Bonsai Blast as my favourite way to kill time on the train.
Handcent SMS (NEW) [Communication]
I've started using this in place of chompSMS as chomp was doing something really annoying whenever I got a text message update from my bank, National Rail, etc etc. I prefer chomp's UI to Handsent's but you can't have everything can you?
