Android device that can play Amazon Prime in HD, and support Plex?

I'm looking for a solution to get Plex and Amazon prime into my lounge via a nice friendly box. Note: The box must have optical out!

Top of my list has been the Roku 4. It was released in the US 9 months ago, but is still not available here!

Next was the Minix Neo X8-H plus android box. But it seems this can only play Amazon Prime videos in SD.

Anyone aware of something that will give me what I'm after?

Wetec Core can do Netflix in HD. I would never use plex on Android. After i tried it on my box the App is pants

Wetek Core doesn't support Amazon Video in HD. What about the Amazon Fire.

I use a hdmi splitter to optical out pass through (rain forest) on my Fire HD 4k.
