Android Exchange Contacts

Just a quickie.

If I add a contact on my phone, it seems to take forever for it to push to my Exchange Contacts, even if I create the contact under the Exchange contact group. I can sync and sync and sync some more but it still never seems to work, then suddenly, randomly, it will appear.

Does anyone know of a way to actually push them immediately?

Ive noticed that 'push' isnt enabled on the Exchange accounts by default, i think the default is 10mins or something like that.
Could try adjusting that setting?
