Hi , I bought a honor phone and would like to transfer data from iPhone to android device , i have followed the instructions on the handset when you do a new setup but for some reason the iPhone doesn't recognise the phone it starts charging instead there is no prompt to allow the transfer , I have experienced this before and I can't remember now how I got it to work? I have tried different cables , both phones are unlocked when I am attempting this, I tried using android switch app there is meant to be a qr code appear on the android device and that doesn't even happen lol anyway any help is welcome

Easiest way now is to upload them to icloud then download them using a transfer app like the official samsung one.
