Android Navigation App for Europe

Going to Croatia for a week shortly, and wondered what is the best navigation app to use?

I use Waze in the UK, but not sure a) what the coverage is like across Europe, and b) what the data usage is like? I have 500mb inclusive, if that's not enough, I'll have to add an extra 1GB for £15.

I've used Map Factor Navigator in the past when travelling through France/Belgium/Netherlands as this uses offline maps, but wondered if there's anything better?

Didn't realise you could download on Google Maps now - that should do the trick

Going next weekend, Vodafone (who we're with) have started it, but only for new contracts, current contract has 500mb included, but for any more would need to pay extra
