Android NTFS?

Do any versions of Android support NTFS?

I've got a 32gb Micro SD and was wondering whether it was worth formatting into NTFS to allow bigger file transfer or will that negate its functionality with an Android phone?

Google says no, but are there any work arounds other than seperate partitions?

never seen a custom rom with ntfs - would be so pointless!

why do you need > 4gb files on there?

Videos for starters, I've got a few > 4GB h264 videos I want to try.

no android phones currently have the CPU grunt to decode computer-grade HD video smoothly. you're pretty much wasting your time as far as i know.
