Android photos to Mac

I tried using the Android File Transfer but it didn't work great. I am missing lots of pictures, panoramas etc and cant seem to locate them. They are visible on my phone.

Best way to transfer EVERYTHING to my Mac?

Use Google drive or dropbox, then you should have to bother hunting down the files.

Which device are you transferring from? IIRC the live panoramas from the nexus devices are not in a format that can be read by PC/Mac.

Use myphoneexplorer it has a Mac version that works as well as the windows one and Is very good at what it does.

Not sure if it works with Nexus 7 but I use Airdroid for anything like that

I usually just send them to my MBA through bluetooth. Sends at about 220KB/s, so it's quick enough and direct.

Can you not just mount the Android device as mass storage (might need to change USB option; under storage settings iirc) and drag the photos off?
