Android task manager "close all" button placement

The problem is as pictured below, on Android 7. The "close all" button is too near to the home button below. Being partially sighted, I accidentally press close all instead of home and it happens on a daily basis. This means that I have to re-open the 4 or 5 apps that I prefer to keep in memory. Can the close all button be moved to the top?

Having "buttons" like on the Samsung s7 edge helps. I never accidentally close all. Also lol @ frozen game.

On that screenshot click on the 3 dot menu and lock the apps that you like to keep in memory.

Looks like it's a Samsung thing it being at the bottom. On my XZP the "Clear All" button is on the top right, and I believe the same is for the Pixels when you scroll all the way to the back.

Seeing as you're partially sighted, you could also increase the display scaling as well to make everything bigger, should be under Display settings.
