Hi there, i have recently came into 3D and im having my first jab at a head without folowing tutorials, the head im modeling is Angelina's and i have run into a problem after modeling the lips, eyes and the nose, it seems when i connect the eye to the mouth to make the cheeks, it just doesnt look right at all, any help would be nice, here are some pics and if you want the model i can send it, i can send the model with the cheeks in place or without the cheeks, also if there is a high demand i will post a link to the model on rapidshare or something.

Thanks a lot

Sam.

EDIT: If someone does want me to send them the model, and if you fix the cheeks then i will not use the model you send back, i will simply use if as a referance to make my own cheeks on angelina...

EDIT2: Here is a link to download the file, its in .max if anyone needs it in any other file type just ask..

P.s. also this is my very first try at making a human head in 3ds max so im not expecting it to look like angelina :P, but as time goes on im sure my models will look more like who they are meant to be

Hi got a little update here and also a little problem, making the eye brows this morning and ran into yet another problem, they eyebrows above the eyes are coming along ok i think but were they join (above the nose) it is sticking out too much and i cant fix it, iv tried moving the eye forward and the top of the nose back but everything i try seems to make her look deformed...

Any help.. here are some pics and i hope i explained good :S

Oh and i no that it isnt matching up to the reference images to well but this is my first attempt and i find it hard...

I will have a look at that book, Yes max is the modeling tool for me, i know most of the layout and tools now so i think its best staying with max until i know more, then maybe i will explore more modeling tools.

Thanks

Sam.

Sounds cool but my aim for this model is to make it myself without tutorials, its just these darn (;)) eye brows, well not the eye brows as sutch but the bit inbetween, where the eyebrows meet (Obove the nose).

Thanks for any help

Sam.
