Anglesey Circuit

Hi guys, im new to this part of the forum. Im going to a track day event on the 20th of this month to Anglesey Circuit as ive never been here before, are there any tips you guys can give me? such as the best lines in/out of a corner? etc etc

would anyone know which circuit we would be on as i believe this circuit can be split into 4?

it will tell you on the bit where you booked.

then look in google for anglesey circuit map....

I'm going on the 20th aswell, I think the full circuit (International GP) is being used.

Best guide I've found so far is

It's my first trackday in this country so dont ask me for any tips! I'll be there in a red Mk2 Golf GTI (this one), what car are you going to be in?

Wow nice conversion mate, a lot of respect there! Hopefully ill see you there then, Ill be in an old stylee BMW 325I Sport M TEC 1. (I think thats what he got anyways) ill post some pics of the day up in the photography section. Ill look out for your car and get some pics for you too mate.

I'll keep an eye out for you, will pop over and say hello during the day. Some photos of the Golf in action would be much appreaciated.

I was there today watching some 750 Motor Club racing, new circuit looks very good. Very wide and lots of run off

Should be good fun. Some (bad) photos I took below.

Whoever though of putting a bunch of 14-17 year olds in saxos and creating a race series deserves a medal, seriously entertaining racing!

Nice one, hope the weather is like that on the 20th! ill keep an eye out for you m8, and ill try to get some decent pics of you in action. Post a picture of what your car looks like, any distinctive markings at all?

Looks like this, my track wheels have black centres.

Looking at the entry list I'll be the only mk2 Golf there.

Nice seeing you there m8, that Golf moves very nice, brakes are good on it too

Cracking circuit that and becoming a great little away weekend for the boys if planned right. Group of guys I know did it earlier in the year and had a great time even if half a dozen of them got nicked on the way home for 'extending' their cars on the M6 Toll road, some even got some time off from the beak too.
