Anglesey eggs - anyone made this.

As per title really. Made this along with a couple for Gammon steaks for tea and could not believe how good it was.

Saw it being done yesterday on the Hairy Bikers programme and thought mmm looks good.

It is mashed potato with leeks. Eggs laid on top with cheese and then baked?

Sounds interesting.

It is really nice. If you make it then make sure you cover it with a cheese and breadcrumb mix.

I just used normal cheddar as well.
