Angry neighbour!

There's clearly more history behind this than the video shows, land disputes and rights of access can get pretty nasty and she's obviously at the end of her thether. I'm not necessarily defending the woman, especially when I'm not in full possession of the facts, but there's more to this.

I think, from what I can tell, that's a block of communal flats, so the drive belongs to everybody, and he's just wheeling the bin up there so he can get it onto his own drive, that you can see at the right. It could be that he's done it several times which is why she's ****ed off, but I reckon it's perfectly fine.

The dispute has been going on for as long as the guy's rented the garage. From what I gather it's a shared drive. He put's his bin at the end of it for collection but the old woman thinks he's not allowed to do that and takes action, like this on a regular basis.
 
He's very patient because he's clearly trying to get evidence against her, hence the "keep filming" right at the end. Fair play to that lad.

Women are just as capable as men of causing a hospital admission, and the gentlemanly* rule of never hitting one has now bedcome absurd. Simply because, they're doing so without fear of physical reproach and therefore without thinking of consequence.

I see this happening almost one in every four times I head out; I don't even go to the chav bars and clubs. :/

Why doesn't he just get the documents from the land registry that show the rights of access and settle the dispute once and for all?
 
id hav given her a slap to be honest, thats fairly equal treating, its not like woman dont slap lads? Punching on the other hand would have been wrong.
Ideally Id have tried to throw her in the bin, 'restraining' her until the police arrived.

Although I agree that women do take advantage of this quite a lot, she was a middle aged fat women who was hitting him with a newspaper. He was healthy young man in his 20s, if he'd turned round and lamped her she would probably be in hospital with a broken nose/skull what ever, then who's the judge going to side with.

The guy as he was clearly provoked and would be defending himself.

I wasn' talking specifically about this in the last bit of my post; I mean in more general terms.

I'm not advocating excessive all you can muster force. I'm saying it's gotten to the point that men are too scared to legitimately defend themselves because of what has become an obviously and excessively abused "rule".

You're allowed to use proportionate/reasonable force to defend yourself

A punch right in her nose would be reasonable imo
 
I have to say the old boy with her could have done more but I guess his lack of real action shows who wears the trousers in their house.
 
Need to know the full story first.

He needs to keep a log of everything that's happening.

If that was me she would have ended up in the bin :o

I once saw a video on one of these police video shows of a young lad about 17/18 being attacked by a young female and her mum.

It turns out that it was his girlfriend and her mum and they really laid into him for a good couple of minutes, they just wouldn't stop no matter how much he tried to get away and they were being really nasty.

He lost it, one punch and hit the older woman in the face breaking her jaw and sending her flying. He was a boxer.

They all got prison time, sucks to the lad as he was purely defending himself.

Although I think I would automatically of struck out, if nothing else i'd of grabbed the newspaper wrist and give it a bloody good squeeze until she stopped.
