Hey, Im making an animated transparent spray for TF2, I have both images transparent but I can't seem to reduce the total size below 128kb.
Changing the ppi in Photoshop seems to have no affect when I save it as a .tga afterwards.
Im using VTFedit to convert the images to animated VTF&VMT afterwards.
If anyone has a clue what im saying help would be apprieated.
