Animating an image (logo)....

hi all just wondering if someone could lend a hand really, i'm looking for a way (or someone to show/tell me) how i can animate a JPEG logo that I have.

The image in question is this....

Id like to know if it is possible to animate it so that the outer ring spins in one direction, the inner ring spins in the opposite direction. Then when they reach the start point again it goes backwards, in a loop.

I think Flash would be able to do something like this, but I haven't got a clue how to use it.
Can anyone on here lend me a hand in doing this, or point me in the direction of some good, easy to use software that can do this too?

I'm guessing you don't have Photoshop?

Yeh if he has PS, he should be able to do it in Image Ready?

Give me 10 mins and I can do it for you in adobe after effects. Do you have any preference in whihc way each part spins and what delivery format you would like it in?

Amraam, if he has CS2 or above then he doesn't even need ImageReady; it's built into the program under "Animation" palette.
