Anno 2070 Where to download ?

Guys ,

I have key that i used for Anno 2070 m thought it might be a simple copy and paste into Steam but now i remeber that it was through another way that I downloaded it , think it was its own portal/downloader .

Any ideas where i might get that game portal / downloader again ?

uplay? If i remember correctly its something to do with that
