I am looking to find a software which would allow a user to annotate over a word document by using their tablet pen. I have been looking at onenote, but that only seems to allow me to print the word document to onenote which makes the document and image before I can annotate it which defeats what I am trying to do.
Do you know of any software which allows the user to scribble with a pen on a word document and put an image in the document or allows them to annotate in some way?
Any help would be gratefully recieved.
