on some YouTube videos like full albums the track names and time each track starts is listed in the description. On my win8 PC the times are clickable and take you to that time in the video.
When using my iPad with either the YouTube app or through safari I can see the track listing and times in the video but they're not clickable
Also annotations don't seem to appear when using iPad
Is there a way to switch these on?
