Annoyed!

A few weeks ago I managed to stupidly knock a pint glass off the back of our toilet which subsequently landed in the toilet bowl...thankfully all seemed fine.

Today I was cleaning the toilet bowl and noticed a a crack appearing on both sides...damn it!

I've taken cups/glasses into the bathroom for years without incident...though in hindsight it's fairly silly!

I was dreading telling my mum's partner as I thought he'd rage...and rightly so. Thankfully he didn't and just mentioned that he'd phone the insurance tomorrow.

Just thought I'd share my stupidity.

Because it was empty and it's opposite my bedroom. I went to the toilet, put it on the side and had a wizz. As I turned I knocked the glass with my flailing arm.

FYI I was on my way downstairs to refil in the kitchen.

Is a toilet really worth going through insurance for? I thought it would have been cheaper to grab a new throne from B&Q and fit yourself shirley?

you can get a bog standard toilet from b&q for less than £50, granted, they don't look very nice but they do the job

I'm annoyed because the other week I found out I waisted two years of my life. I guess breaking a toilet is more annoying.
