Annoying adware

Hi guys,

For some reason I seem to have been landed with some adware and it's driving me mad, I've tried to find the software in question in remove programs but despite uninstalling everything I don't recognise I can't seem to get shut....

Any help?

It's more then likely that one of the browser addons you're using had been updated to include that (added by the people who created the addon and not by some other third party).

The only thing I can suggest is to disable all the addons that you're using and enable them one at a time until that thing starts showing again, then just remove the offending addon.

Use malware bytes should remove it. select quick scan.

super antispyware, despite it's stupid name, is better than malwarebytes.

As above, it will likely have been added to one of your browser add-ons.

Turn them off one by one and you will find the culprit. Have you got a webmail notifier type add-on?
