Annoying buzzing speakers.

I'm using a spare set of Wharfdale 2.1 speakers as my old Logitechs were faulty.

Since using the Wharfdale, they will buzz quite loudly for a random period of time. Turning the subwoofer off for about 10 mins seems to solve the problem, but the buzzing soon starts again.

Is this just simply a set of faulty speakers?

I've got the same problem as we speak with my Advent Subwoofer. Makes a loud buzzing noise which is very annoying.

I found a way to stop it and that is to turn the Subwoofer on its side but then after about 10min it starts again. Then I have to keep turning it every so often to stop the buzzing.

I shall be investing in some new speakers shortly though
