Annoying cursor Win7/FF6

Okay, sorry in advance... But this is slowly driving me insane.

Basically, if I mouse over a link, sometimes (rarely, like 1 in 20 chance I think) the cursor will change, for a split second. Obviously it changes from the pointer to the hand, but sometimes it changes into a big hand (about twice the size), that lasts a split second before turning into the normal hand. I only notice it on OCUK, but that might just be because the background colour highlights it.
This has survived a reformat, so I don't think it's a software issue, unless it's firefox.

I can't get a screenshot because it happens so fast, it can't last any longer than a single screen update I think, I only figured out it was a hand because I spent a few minutes whizzing the cursor up and down the page while staring at it. In fact, I can replicate it quite easily now.

At the bottom of the page is a box like this:
unledjdt.png

Scroll down to it and whizz your mouse up and down approximately where the red line is, very fast (make sure the cursor crosses the links at the bottom left).

Do you see it too?
Or am I mad?

Doesn't happen for me. ATI graphics card by any chance? There used to be a weird bug that resulted in the mouse cursor going massive, but it stayed that way until reboot (around the time the 5000 series cards were released I think). Might be a weird manifestation of that.

Edit: Just noticed your browser, sorry - I'm not using FF6. Could be a bug in that also.

Hmm. It doesn't happen on the work PC (Win7/FF6 also).
I forgot screenshots didn't capture the mouse :p

I'm actually using an Nvidia card at home, perhaps I should try updating drivers. Like I said it survived a reformat so I'm guessing it's probably hardware?

I think I'll just live with it then!
