Annoying door squeak/rattle

Ive had enough, over the past month my car has developed a squeaky rattle from inside the drivers door. Very loud and annoying, and any mild bumps in the road set it off.

When i open the door it does a single squeak impling its part of the door opening mechanism, but when i pull on the door handle when the door is already open, the squeak isnt there.

Would anyone know which part i need to tighten/grease whatever before i take the door card off and have a rummage? Im not a car expert by any means so be gentle!

No its not that, its definately internal, have already greased the outside

OK, but less about you and more about how you fixed the door card <3

It's probably something simple like where the door card and dashboard meet, or your seat/seatbelt rubbing on something.

Just going to have to take it apart and do some investigative work
