I have a neighbour who annoyingly double-parks outside his house (one car next to each other) which makes it a pain for me to reverse out (have to do several turns to get out). Each neighbour has an allocated space for one car (and only parks one car in their space), but this guy thinks the rules do not apply to them.
Asked them several times to stop doing it, they move the car for a period, but then revert back to doing it.
Aside from the usual boxing stance, keyboard warrior, nuke from orbit stuff, is there anything else I can do?
I was thinking something on the lines with checking the deeds and seeing if there is anything I could do using this?
I assume the council would do nothing.
