Annoying Error

Hello,

My PC decides to hang occasionaly on the Windows Welcome Screen.

Upon checking the Event Viewer i found an error which seems to be causing this, however after searching Google i couldnt find an answer. Here is the Error :

The LoadUserProfile call failed with the following error:
The remote procedure call failed and did not execute.

Does anyone have a clue about this?
