Annoying Fan

i'm looking for a program that turns off the fan on my graphics card when not in 3d applications

and/or other advanced settings like vary fan speed depending on GPU temperature.

if anyone knows off a program, i'll b more than happy.

I dont have one, but as I remember, could you not perhaps splash out and get something like this :
