Annoying Files on Memory Stick

Hi Guys hope you can help me here.

I have a 256Mb USB Memory Stick. I have noticed files with the following names turning up on the memory stick:

• thumbs.db:encryptable
• .attribute^

I cannot delete or copy these files. See pics.

Any help appreciated, Thanks in advance

easiest way to fix it..

copy the things from it that you need

then format it and copy back

To FAT or FAT32?
