Annoying Firefox problem.

Recently i have been getting asked twice for my password when i am logging into my Hotmail and Yahoo email accounts. It also happens on these forums when i go to the for sale or wanted threads on here. Even when i have put my details in for the for sale thread then come back out and gone back in again it still asks for my username and password??

This never used to happen and its now getting really annoying.

Yeah i got the latest version, thanks marc will delete all me cookies etc tonight.

Right I know its been awhile but I tried deleting the cookies and history in the options and it still does the same thing. Where do i go in windows explorer to actually find all the cookies and history files?
