Annoying FPS Counter - Top Right of Games and Video

For some reason in the past couple of weeks I've had an FPS counter that greatly resembles the one used in Fraps. But I've not had Fraps installed on this machine and I think I would have noticed a video file that big by now :p But I've got no idea what it is! It appears in the top right of all videos and all games, whether in full screen or not!

Anyone got any ideas? Is there any other software that I may have installed iwth an FPS counter?

Edit:
rah^ on the IRC channel recommended I slowly end all processes that I don't need and keep trying a video, so I did so and I believe that it was ATI Tray Tools causing it! - Problem Solved! Not sure whether this should be kept for other people or delete? It's up to mods!

Yeah it is ATI Tray Tools. It's quite a hard setting to find but I have to do it as I notice the FPS count in COD4 or whatever else I'm playing. It just distracts the hell out of me. I wish the ATI Tray Tools developer would release it with the FPS counter option disabled.

(11:26:16) (rah^) go turn fraps off
(11:26:25) (rah^) and check how much you managed to record without knowing
(11:26:44) (Hessian) That's what someone else said, but I don't have fraps installed :p
(11:27:22) (Hessian) and this has been going on for weeks now, so I think I would have noticed that big of a video :p
