Annoying IE message

Started getting this annoying IE message today:

Any ideas as about:blank is not in my trusted sites?

Try adding the About:Blank to your trusted sites. As, obviously that isn't an actual web site, rather just a blank page. However it maybe spyware or something of the sort trying to use the About:Blank to open up another web site?
