annoying issue, games switching to desktop

So I'll start with a sorry of this thread is on the wrong place and bow for my problem

so I can be playing most games arma 2 the Sims 3m. And randomly my computer will switch to the desktop as if I have pressed alt + tab, so far I've tried updating all my drivers which are now up to date and the problem still occurs,

I've read a couple threads on other sites of people having the same issue with so many fixes im pretty sure I've tried them all.

im running run on windows 7 64bit

I'll post any specs if you guys would like me to

Edit: forgot to mention this but its not all games that have this problem, I can play guild wars 2 with out this problem happening.

Try switching off Aero theme if you have it enabled to test.

i wish that was the problem but no im not, also turning off aero themes worked for now and for good i hope so thanks for the help
