Hey Folks,

I've got an extremely annoying problem that i just can't solve.

I recently upgraded from 8 GB Samsung Green to 16GB Kingston HyperX Beast 2400Mhz.

The problem is i cannot set the 2400mhz XMP Profile, i can set the 2133mhz profile and lower the timings with that from 11-13-13-30/2T to 10-12-12-28/1T at the 2200mhz divider, which is OCCT/Linpack/AVX/Game stable.

I have tried the 2400 profile with very loose timings, Ring/Agent/Analog/Digital offset voltages upto 0.2v, DDR at 1.5-1.75v, stock bios settings, different slots and some other things i cannot remember.

It did work once, but i tried to lower the timings from 11-13-14-32/2T-312TRFC, which didnt post - at which point the fun began!

System is:

4670K Delidded
Gigabyte z97x Gaming5
AX760w
GTX 980
Xonar D2X

Help would be greatly appreciated! :o

Result!

Just posting a little update,

Got the RAM to work fine using the 2400mhz XMP profile.
Even managed to lower timings whilst using it :p

All i did was update BIOS, then after a couple of weeks i remembered this issue and set the 2400mhz XMP profile (Just to see what would happen) and low and behold it worked! :D

I then thought why the hell not try and tinker with it, so i lowered the timings from 11-13-14-2T to 11-13-13-1T and its working fine!.

Ill admit im a bit confused why it is working now, but it is, so i have no idea.

Might be worth a try for you others with this problem.
