Annoying Microsoft edge issue that seems to have got worse since the update

Up till now iv learned to cope with this issue but its got worse since the recent windows update to the point that's its extremely annoying.
Since I started using windows edge when I would have quite a few tabs open it would automatically close.
Since the new update it closes even with just one tab open sometimes and I have to keep reloading it up. I can barely open a few tabs now without it closing.
Also sometimes when I have 3/4 tabs open and I click on another tab the page has gone completely blank and I have to click on another tab and then back on that tab once again for it to show the page. It doesn't actually reload the page, its just blank for some reason.

Is this a Edge issue? A flash issue?

Should I try a different browser?

Any tips?
 
everything fine here so its not something everyone has.
is there a reset like you have on IE11 ?.

I too have this same problem, and it is very annoying sometimes - deffo worse since the November update. Oh well I am sure MS will fix at some point.

Yeah its frustrating. Sometimes when I come back to my pc the browser has closed and iv lost all the tabs and have to load it up again lol. Its not a memory issue because it happenes even with just 1 internet tab open.

I used to use Chrome but I really like edge as it looks nice and feels really fast but this issue is starting to become a hassle as anytime I open a few tabs I'm just waiting for them to close on me.
 
Think this is a bit more widespread issue than some of us thought - it would seem to be a problem with edge itself rather than our respective set ups?

Just hope Microsoft will fix it soon - think I may try reporting it as I cant see it mentioned as an issue on the insider hub surprisingly.
