Annoying noise when front pannel usb and audio plugged in

Just wondering if someone will give me a hand with this as its really annoying me.

I get a really annoying buzzing noise in my headphones if I've got the front pannel usb plugged into my motherboard.

I think the frontpannel shares the same ground or something since I only get it with the USB plugged in .

I've got a gigabyte ga-x58-usb3 motherboad and using its onboard sound and usb.

I've got a Xigmatek midgard Case.

Is there anyway of fixing this without having to buy a whole new case or motherboard?

Just took some photos of the front pannel internals,

Any idea how i'd issolate these?

Removed the USB header and theres no noise at all anymore.

Plugged it back in and the noise comes back.

The USB header is the one on the left side of the circuit board with two wires coming out of it.
