annoying noise

Hello,

I built my new system yesterday all went smoothly I thought booted first time ect.

But I have noticed a continuous sqeak that never seems to stop im thinking its my new HDD its not too loud but its enough that over a period of time to get on my nerves.

Antec TruePower New Modular 650W Power Supply
LG GH22NS50 22x DVD±RW SATA ReWriter
Samsung spinpoint SATA 2 1TB 7200rpm
Nvidia gtx260 - I dont need better currently ;p

Have tried starting the machine with drive disconnected or removed from the system.

Ok got some free time and had a look yes its the HDD making the squeak but it seems to be doing it a bit less. Is it just the HDD working and I am just unlucky to have a HDD with a squeak? is there anything that can be done?

I had a HDD with a REALLY loud squeak a few weeks ago, it ended up giving me countless BSOD's so I returned it. Not sure if theres much that can be done tbh.
