Annoying number keeps calling - iPhone

Howdy,

Wondering if anyone can help me! Keep getting calls from the same number, answering it they just hang up (as if it's automated). Calls several times a day.

I've tried blocking the number but I'm still for some reason being told about missed calls from the 1571 text. How can I stop this from happening? I don't care about missed calls from blocked numbers! Stupid system!

Any help would be appreciated as this is driving me insane.

Oh, I didn't realize that was BT. I thought it was the phone. I'll give that a go, maybe I can do it online.

It was BT, since disabling the service I've had no issues
