that come attached to your council supplied bin bags
does anyone use these to tie there bin bags up ?
they bug the hell out of me, and i dont use them, they just end up on the kitchen floor after ive accidently stud on them pulling it away from the bin bag.

I want some council bags! We just get wheelie bins that are too small to take waste from 4 people over the course of 2 weeks.

i also buy the heavy dty ones as these really are **** poor and are very ripable

my council used to give recycling bags... now they have the cheek to ram it down our throats that they are not raising council tax this year... just cutting half the services instead woo hoo !
