Annoying pause when booting up

....well basically when I turn on my computer it displays the asus logo, then displays another screen to do with RAID arrays. It says something along the lines of "press ctrl + F4 to set up an RAID array". I dont have a RAID setup and dont want one. It's annoying because it pauses for a short while before loading windows. Is there anyway to get rid of this or am i just being to petty!

Should be an option in your bios to turn off the on board raid just disable it and then viola

Disable the RAID controller in the BIOS. It worked for my Asus PC-DL.

if you use your sata controller (it could be that giving the message) just remove the raid bootable part (disable it) in bios
