Annoying Popup

I keep getting this annoying pop up, it happens on windows 7 and windows 8, no idea why this has started happening, was fine for months.

Done a fresh install,now it does it whether i put windows msn or skype on, or not at all.

Im not pressing the button , the button is fine on the camera

Any ideas?

Yes tried that, and firmware on it, i think i may have sorted it, trillian might have had something to do with it
