Difficult to explain but here goes. Sometimes when I boot into windows, as it loads the desktop, the screen will go dull as windows does it's annoying pop-ups, asking can such a thing run, etc. Powersave.exe is one that always comes up... now sometimes the brightness won't turn back up to normal as will just stay dulled down.... though the arrow/cursor will stay bright white.
Anyone else get this? Know of a fix?
