Annoying startup problem (Vista)

Alright suddenly everytime I boot up my PC it goes to the 'Advanced Startup Options' or whatever with Safe Mode, Start Windows Normally...etc

Anyone know why? It happens all the time now it just stays at that screen until I do something?

I haven't changed any settings anywhere that could have done this, pretty annoying.

Reboot & unplug the keyboard while vista is loading.

Lucky guess

It just seemed like it was a keyboard problem.
Sticky keys...i wonder how that could have happened eating at the KB?
