Annoying Window Problem

Basically, when I open a new window in IE7, it opens it in a small window in which I need to maximise it all the time to fit the screen.

Can't I press a link which opens a new window which is already maxmised? I'm sure I can, it used to happen like this before.

Normally IE7 remembers the size of the last screen you opened. Open some new IE7 windows, maximize them, then close IE7.

It should then memorize that when you open IE7, it should be full screen.

I actuall prefer the opposite, but same difference. There is probably a tehcie way to set it, but the above works for me.
