My PC seems to have some kinda bug which I thought was just down to Chrome, but its affecting windows on a whole.
Basically, in Chrome I will click a link and a new window will open instead of the browser just re-directing me. The issue also occurs in my computer. I will open my computer and try to open a folder/drive and it will select all of them and normally open the properties of a random drive. Pretty annoying as you can imagine!
It seems to affect all other programs, as when I click a program from the task-bar to expand it doesnt do anything. I have to right click it to expand it
