first off i want to make clear this isnt a medical thread as such, im not in need of medical attention here, im just curious to know what some of our members use...

basically when i was 14 i dislocated and fractured my wrist, now im 24 and ever since its ached on a daily basis, more so at night and when its cold. its not tremendous pain or anything, just an annoying dull ache that im fed up off lol,

so i was wondering what do some of you use for joint aches ? im sure some of you must have broken a limb or two in your time that still give you gripe now and again :)

i suffer a similar pain in my left knee (from a squash injury), but i refrained from making a thread about it because it will innevitably be condemmed as medical.
the only thing i do is take codliver oil, which is supposedly good for joints.

i've got a bit of grief with my left wrist but i find 7 inches of flattened shaped 15mm copper pipe bent round it makes a difference.lots of folk find that copper close to the affected joint is beneficial.

hmmm... someone mentioned copper the other day... i have to admit i dismissed it initially as i couldn't see any scientific reasoning behind it, maybe i will give it a go.

I broke my wrist a couple of years ago it still has problems. All i could reccommend is regularly exercising it (Nothing intensive, just conditions it)... has helped mine recover a fair bit.

exactly the same as me.i felt a bit daft when i first tried it and had it on and off as nothing appeared to happen but after a few weeks i suddenly realised that my wrist was not the problem it was.
