Software alone cannot give you anonymous browsing, you will need to use a proxy service (not a free one!) or something like tor, a proxy should be based outside the uk, preferably in a liberal country like sweden or denmark that won't co-operate with the uk authorities over stupid laws like extreme pornography or the obscene publications act etc.
