Another 3dmark thread

Hi,

Sorry to be start another "my scores are rubbish" thread but...

I have just today upgraded to :-

Asus p5n-e
C2d e6320
2gb Corsair dominator 6400
7800 GTX (still my old card)

got it all set up and im only getting scores of 4400,

Does this sound right to you as it seems a little low to me, i could get these kind of scores on my old Amd 64 3200+ with 1gb of pc3200

what 3dmark you using?

you running the test at stock settings?

sorry i should have specified, im running 3dmark06 and everything is at stock at the moment, will be going for the OC once i have everything working properly

just broke 3ghz with an easy clock, will try again in a bit, just installing stuff now

If you use the same GPU then I wouldn't expect much of a change.
CPU score should go up but I think the 3DMark score still comes mainly from the GPU performance I think.
