Another £500 TV recommendation please

Been out of the loop for the last couple of years ( a lifetime in TV's technology lol)

a friend of mine is looking for a 55" she could stretch to £600 but no more

mostly to be used for streaming and freeview

the settee is going to be slightly offset to centre

Try to steer your friend away from choosing a TV for its apps. History shows us that (a) the manufacturers rarely install enough horsepower in the processing to make the user experience seamless, and (b), they're poor at supporting the apps with software and firmware updates much beyond 3 years. A Firestick or Roku or similar will walk all over the TVs apps and be better supported in the years to come.
