I don't know much about this...or digital cameras in general so bear with me!
I'm looking for something thats not too expensive
I'm looking to mainly use it for for shooting medium format (medium format film not digital!, rb67)
BUT, I would also like to use it with a 5dII.
Are there any problems that could arise here? I know that using some older flashes on newer cameras is a bad idea because it can fry your camera. would a modern flash be 'underpowered' or something when using it on an older camera? I currently have an older flash thats not recommended to use on a modern camera, it also doesn't have variable power and i'm looking for something with more control.
I have off camera sync leads for the rb67. I also have wireless receivers, though they're super cheap. Would they likely be compatible with any flash?
I'm looking for something with variable power. I'll be using it manually (film cameras) but I guess TTL is nice and easy when you're in a hurry. I'm guessing all modern flashes can use TTL as well as manual?
recommendations? thoughts etc?
Thanks
